Title by title

Tailor your collection on a title by title basis. You can choose from print and online or opt for online only access.

About title by title

Tailor your collection from over 2,700 journals with a subscription to individual titles. An individual title subscription gives you perpetual access to the current volume year, as well as non-perpetual access to all previous volumes. Access to the archival content can be continued on an annual subscription basis.

You can find all our publications at Taylor & Francis Online. Simply click on the ‘Subscribe’ link on the journal’s homepage.

Renewing your subscriptions

If you already have title-by-title subscriptions, you can renew these using our online portal. To do this, you will need your customer number. Please contact our customer services team if you do not have this information.

Title by title archive

You can also ‘top-up’ your subscription with access to a journal’s complete archive. Subscribers can now license access to content published prior to 1997 via the Title-by-Title Archive. This cost-effective option allows you to shape your library’s archival collection on an annual, per title basis.

Keep your catalogue updated

We have supplied link resolver vendors with up-to-date title lists (KBART files) for all of our products, so you can refresh your holdings data each year. Title lists are also available to download from Taylor & Francis Online. These files will be updated on an annual basis.

Should you wish to get your request bespoke title lists direct from Taylor & Francis, please contact your account manager who will be happy to help.

Protecting the Online Journal Archives

Taylor & Francis acknowledges that the long term preservation of its electronic content is of critical importance and that it has a significant role to play to ensure its content is available and accessible over time. Taylor & Francis Group has an archival strategy in place that provides for the deposit of its electronic source files into an acceptable non-profit third party archive, including Portico and LOCKSS, so that our content will be actively preserved and available in the event it is no longer offered by Taylor & Francis Group or a successor.

We are also participants in the CLOCKSS project. In addition, an agreement with the Dutch National Library has been signed to protect the future of our Online Archive.

Transfer title policy

We adhere to the NISO Code of Practice for Transfer titles, and provide perpetual access to content for the years that you have subscribed post-1997. If you believe that our subscription records are incorrect then please contact [email protected] to have your records corrected.
