Research Dashboard

Open access can help increase the impact and visibility of your institution’s research. However, keeping track of where your researchers are publishing and managing the administration of open access agreements can be time-consuming. This is where the Taylor & Francis Research Dashboard can help you.
The Research Dashboard is an online tool that consolidates all available article metadata for your institution’s published research into one centralized location. It provides you with visibility of accepted articles from corresponding authors, so you can populate institutional repositories, fund open access initiatives, and compile comprehensive research impact reports.
Improving open access workflows for librarians and authors
You can use the dashboard to decide whether to fund open access article publishing charges (APCs). This improves the author experience and reduces the administration involved in managing open access funding.
It also provides easy-to-access metadata for every article, including author, journal, Digital Object Identifier (DOI), and funder information (where available). This makes it easier to comply with funder mandates, and to keep your institutional repository up to date.
Developed in close collaboration with librarians
Each of our open access journals agreements has a dedicated page on Taylor & Francis Online.
Accessing your research dashboard
When your new agreement goes live, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to set up your account. We will also notify you of any improvements to the dashboard and how they may affect you.
If you would like to add new users to your Research Dashboard account, please email us at [email protected].
