Supporting Faculty Outreach

At Taylor and Francis, we understand that beyond your patrons learning and development needs, it will also be important for you to focus on faculty outreach and capturing faculty interest, in order to gain trust and show understanding. Thus, ‘Supporting Faculty Outreach’ has been produced to help guide library practitioners with essential information and advice on how to build the librarian-faculty connection, through consultation and supportive assistance, by way of proactive instructional outreach. Topics covered include repackaging the library in line with faculty perspectives, faculty outreach through internet instruction, promoting a positive image of the library and the librarian, and librarians expressed attitudes towards faculty.
